Route Updates

Detour for Waterloo Rd road works - Routes 671 & 673 (from 8/06/2026 until further notice)

From Monday 8th June there will be extended road works on Waterloo Rd that will require school routes 671 & 673 to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Morning trips travelling towards Upper Riccarton will follow the normal route to Kirk Rd, continue on Kirk Rd, turn right on Maddisons Rd, turn right on Barters Rd, and turn left on Waterloo Rd to resume the normal route.

Afternoon trips travelling towards Burnham will follow the normal route to Waterloo Rd, turn left on Pound Rd, turn right on SH1 Main South Rd, turn right on Kirk Rd, and turn left on Railway Tce to resume the normal route.

67 Rolleston & Burnham to Upper Riccarton Schools

These services start on 29 January (671 and 672), and 2 February 2026 (673), and they run Monday - Friday in term time and do not operate on public holidays. Times listed in the timetables are approximate only.
