Disruptions to some Metro bus services on 15 February

One of our operators will hold a stop-work meeting on Wednesday, 15 February which will affect some Metro services.

Drivers that would usually operate on routes 3, 28, 86, 140, 155 will attend an Amalgamated Workers Union NZ (AWUNZ) meeting, during which time most of these services will not run. School services will not be affected.

Services are likely to be impacted from 10am as buses start to come off their routes, and we expect all services to be operating as normal by 2pm. Other bus routes will continue to operate normally during this time.

Please plan ahead if you usually use any of the services listed above between 10am - 2pm and consider taking an alternative form of transport if you can. We are pleased that normal operation will recommence in time for the afternoon school runs.
