From Tuesday 21st January for 2 nights there will be road works on Roydvale Ave that will require the Route 3 service to detour from its usual route from 9pm until last bus. 

Buses travelling westbound towards the Airport will follow the normal route along Withells Rd, take the third exit at the roundabout on to Merrin St, take the second exit at the roundabout on to Grahams Rd, take the second exit at the roundabout to continue on Grahams Rd and turn left on to Memorial Ave to resume the normal route. 

Buses travelling eastbound towards Sumner will follow the normal route along Memorial Ave, continue on Memorial Ave, turn right on to Grahams Rd, take the second exit at the roundabout to continue on Grahams Rd, take the second exit at the roundabout on to Merrin St and take the first exit at the roundabout on to Withells Rd to resume the normal route.
